If you need to move several work orders to the Archive at once instead of doing it one by one, you can use the Mass Operation feature. It lets you select any number of work orders in the Open list and archive them all in a single action.

Step 1: Go to Work Orders → Open. This list shows all of your active (not yet archived) work orders.

Step 2: Tick the checkbox next to every work order you want to archive. You can select as many as you like.
Tip: If you have a long list, use Filters or Group By first (e.g. by status or by month) to narrow it down. Then use the checkbox in the column header to select all matching work orders at once, even ones on other pages.

Step 3: With your work orders selected, click Action in the toolbar, then choose Mass Operation.
The exact name in the parentheses can vary by company (e.g. "ATT Work Orders" or "Archive WO") since it's configured by your admin, but it's the same feature everywhere.

Step 4: In the Mass Operation window, find the Manual State row. Set its operator dropdown to Set, then in the field next to it, choose the state that represents Archived.

The exact label can vary by company (e.g. "Archived" or "Archiviert") since Manual States are configured per company. If you're not sure which one to pick, check with your admin, or look under Settings → Work Order Manual States.

Leave the other fields (Visible for Auditor, Last Technician, Company) empty unless you specifically want to change those too.

Step 5: Click Apply to confirm. All selected work orders are immediately moved out of Open and into the Archive.

Good to know: work orders marked Done are also archived automatically after a set number of days (15 by default). Mass archiving is useful when you don't want to wait for that, or want to archive work orders that aren't marked Done.
